Context & Problem
Rikta is an HR AI platform that helps businesses engage teams more effectively by turning employee insights into actionable outcomes. This project was an opportunity to create a human-centric, empathetic, and bold brand. At Rivyl, I translated the new branding into high-fidelity website wireframes and built a UI Kit as the foundation for the mobile app’s design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalable UX solutions across all digital touchpoints.

Process
My process involved close collaboration with Rikta’s UX team to translate the new branding into functional, reusable components. I designed each element of the UI Kit with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and scalability, ensuring it could serve as the foundation for both the website and mobile app. This approach allowed us to maintain a cohesive visual language across digital touchpoints while streamlining future design iterations. By iterating on components and incorporating feedback from the UX team, I ensured the UI Kit not only reflected the brand’s personality but also supported a seamless user experience.

Design
A key focus of the design phase was ensuring accessibility across Rikta’s extensive color palette. I conducted thorough accessibility testing for color contrast to guarantee readability and inclusivity for all users. To maintain clarity and hierarchy, I established a system where lighter tones were used for backgrounds, while darker shades were applied to text, icons, and other interface elements layered on top. This approach not only reinforced visual consistency but also supported a user-friendly and accessible experience across both the website and mobile app.
